I actually could not say thank you enough times to show my gratitude for the services you provide. From the packaging in Jakarta to unpacking here in Shanghai, we have been so impressed with everything. In Jakarta your staff were so professional in their packaging, the way the boxes were stored and the quick reply to any of my questions. We felt really well looked after. That has continued in the last 5 months or so all the way here to Shanghai.

Lotus, again thank YOU for handling our shipment at this end. The completion of the paperwork, clearance from customs, delivery of boxes and the help I received during the unpacking all went flawless! Nothing is broken or damaged, no mildew unlike how some other teachers here have received their shipment.

Dear Pak Rajah, Yannick and Pak Iman,

Just want to inform you that my stuff has arrived safe and sound this morning,
Stefan and Luke were on time, very helpful, effective and efficient. In more or less 2 hours all work were completed and all the debris were taken back to the truck and left our home clean and tidy.

All the furniture are in good shape, no damages or broken glass. And so far I think we got all our stuff.

The credit should go also to all your staff who helped me packing in Jakarta. Job well done !!!!
